Michael Phelps is the all-time leading Olympic medal winner with 22 medals and he is reportedly dating a 25-year-old hottie from LA. Megan Rossee is a model and cocktail waitress who has been dating the Olympic great for 5 months. Here is a picture of the two from Megan’s Twitter page.
